Hi and welcome to Mitzybelle Persians.
My name is Linda and I am very passionate about breeding beautiful solid colour Persians, including 3/5/13's. I am working alongside some of the most respected solid breeders in the country, who equally have the same eagerness to produce the best possible pure bred Persians.
I am a mother of 5 grown up children, my youngest being disabled, and a few years ago I felt the time was right for me to turn my love of the breed (which started after my husband bought me two females as pets for my 40th birthday) into a hobby. I searched for years making sure I started off with the best lines that I could afford. I'm so glad that I didn't just jump straight into buying something that I felt wasn't quite what I wanted and waited until the right breeder was found. Here I have to thank Helen (Herrafaresiah Persians) who trusted me with her beautiful kittens. Since then I have developed a real determination to keep and improve the standard of this wonderful animal.
I did show the first female I bought and am delighted to say that she won the two shows that I entered her into. Hopefully I will show again in the near future but at the present moment in time I'm just enjoying this wonderful hobby and the beautiful experience of seeing such gorgeous kittens being born.
Fortunately, I have found a very good vet who is also a lover of cats. He has helped me a great deal and is always enthusiastic when I visit. To be recommended by a vet is always an honour and encourages me to work even harder to achieving my goal, which as I said before, is to keep up with and also try to improve on the GCCF standard.
All my cats/kittens are either PKD negative or from PKD negative parents, which is extremely important when considering the purchase of a new kitten.
